Who We Hire

We hire across three major categories:

1. Technical Roles

Embedded Systems Trainer

You will:

• Teach Embedded C, Microcontrollers, RTOS, and IoT concepts

• Conduct hands-on lab sessions

• Guide students through real-time embedded projects

• Prepare learners for industry interviews

You must:

• Have strong knowledge of C programming

• Understand ARM, PIC, AVR, or similar controllers

• Be confident in hardware-software integration

• Explain architecture clearly, not just syntax

Firmware / Embedded Developer

You will:

• Develop firmware for real-world applications

• Work on device drivers and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN)

• Handle hardware debugging and optimization

• Build deployment-ready embedded systems

You must:

• Write clean, efficient C code

• Understand memory management in embedded systems

• Debug at hardware and firmware level

• Think in systems — not isolated modules

2. Non-Technical Roles

Program Coordinator

You will:

• Manage student batches and lab schedules

You will:
